Aloha everybody!!!

We had a good week last week. Tuesday was zone conference. We combined with the Makakilo zone for zone conference and I got to see 2 other Elders from our MTC district Elder Morgan and Elder Seaich. At the zone conference, we had half of our MTC district there! We had a great time and we learned a lot. The main theme was "Just do it".
Right after zone conference, me and Elder Duck went to go teach Nana, the girl that's getting baptized this Saturday. She's very excited for her baptism, and so am I , it'll be my first baptism! On Saturday last week, Elder Morris went on an exchange with me in my area. We had a fun day that day, and we also taught Nana again too. So now, this week, we have to make sure we have everything planned for the baptism on Saturday, and it's a good thing Elder Duck knows what to do.

I love you guys alot!!

Aloha everybody!
Last week was great!! We went on exchanges on Tuesday and Friday  On Tuesday Elder Mavae came with me in our area and we biked a lot lol. On Friday I went with Elder Toloa, one of the zone leaders, in his area. It was fun. I got to drive everywhere. The zone leaders cover 2 wards and also the YSA branch, so their area is pretty big. We visited a lot of YSA people. Elder Duck and Kopischke found a few new investigators and they also set a baptismal date with one!! She comes to church with one of the families in our ward. Our day today was pretty fun, we went on a hike with the zone this morning, and saw a cool waterfall. On our way back it started pouring rain. So we hiked the way back completely soaked in sweat/water lol! I got some cool pictures of the waterfall too. After the hike we took a shower and now I'm here emailing. Hope everything is going well for you guys!!!

Aloha everybody!!!
this week was pretty good, now that the holiday crazyness is over. Were trying to get with the Melton's so we can baptize their daughter. They are an active family, but for some reason, didn't baptize their daughter before she turned 9, so now we get to teach her like a normal investigator. So once we get with them we can set a date for the baptism. Other than that, we have been visiting the less active members and blessing their homes. Our bikes are holding up pretty well, so no problems there. Every day last week we had a dinner appointment which was very good, and no, I haven't anything weird yet, lol. Well, I'm looking forward to this week and hope you guys are too.

Love, Ty

New Years Eve!

Hi everybody!!!
Last week was pretty cool. We hit the high watermark for the mission this year.(most baptisms in a year record).
the previous record was 1103 which was made sometime in the 1850s and we hit 1104 this year!!!!!!!! The last baptism that broke the record, they set a date on Saturday night and had their baptism the next morning, which was yesterday!!! The lady that was baptized was in our ward boundaries but the Ewa 2nd Elders found her and set the baptismal date. She has one of those service dogs that she brings everywhere. The baptism was at 7am so we stayed at the church the whole day almost. So now me and Elder Duck will be able to get to know her better as we teach her the lessons that we do after baptisms. So for new years we can stay up till 1:00am and party with the zone!!!!!! that will be fun. I was teaching Elder Kopishke, 1 of our zone leaders, how to play Waterfall today and he's got about 1/3 of it already, he plays by ear really good. He wants me to teach him some more of the song next P day too. Me and Elder Packer tried to play all of me together on 1 piano, but we didn't get very far, lol!! It's hard! For next month we have 2 baptisms ready, we just need to schedule them after all the holiday crazyness is over!! Hope you guys are having fun, because I sure am!!! Thanks for your prayers and Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love Ty
